How long does conversion take?
MP3 encoding happens on your device, so longer files take a bit more time. WAV conversion is near-instant since it doesn't need compression.
Is audio quality preserved?
WAV is lossless. MP3 quality depends on the bitrate you choose — 320 kbps is closest to the original, 128 kbps gives a much smaller file.
